1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and changes are
handled for Apex Vitality services, programs, memberships, and products.
This policy operates alongside our Terms & Conditions, Telehealth Terms of Service,
and Privacy Policy.

2. Appointments & Telehealth Consultations
Cancellations
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the
scheduled time without charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend, may result in the full fee being
charged.
Refunds
• Fees for appointments already delivered are non-refundable, except where
required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Programs, Memberships & Subscriptions
• Program fees and memberships are generally non-refundable once
commenced, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the terms disclosed at
signup.
• Where a program has not yet commenced, refund eligibility will be assessed on a
case-by-case basis.

4. Digital Products & Content

• Access to digital content (including programs, reports, and online materials) is
non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law.

5. Physical Products (eCommerce)
• If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect product, you may be entitled to a
refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Change-of-mind refunds are not available unless stated otherwise.

6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair where a product or service fails to
meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded by law.
